83. DRAINAGE DESIGN MANUAL - HYDROLOGY FOR MARICOPA COUNTY (DDM HYDROLOGY) Adopt the Drainage Design Manual - Hydrology for Maricopa County (DDM Hydrology) which authorizes the Drainage Administrator to direct the use of the manual for purposes of evaluating drainage clearances as required by the Drainage Regulation. The purpose of the DDM Hydrology is to provide updated technical procedures for estimating storm water runoff and to assist engineers in the delineation of flood and drainage hazards and the design of drainage facilities. This manual outlines hydrologic design procedures to be used by County staff, developers, consulting engineers, and others. (C-44-10-060-M-00)
