84. INTERGOVERNMENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF ARIZONA GOVERNMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AGENCY Approve the Intergovernmental Service Agreement between Maricopa County Planning and Development Department and the State of Arizona Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) in the not-to-exceed amount of $11,040.00. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement is for GITA to implement and enterprise geographic information system (GIS) called AZ3D Phase One. Planning and Development will provide and be reimbursed for management and technical resources applied to the Design and Implementation of an Interface to the County’s Emergency Management software WebEoc and the State of Arizona Emergency Management software ETeam for the AZ3D project. This Agreement is effective from January 12, 2010 until September 30, 2010. (C-44-10-061-M-00)
