TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $520,000 from FY 2009-10 Non-Departmental (470), Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project to the Planning & Development (440) Planning & Development Fees Fund (226) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action provides one-time funding for the increase in plan reviews related to the County’s Court Tower Project. (C-44-10-093-M-00)
