A-4. RESOLUTION FOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY MUNICIPAL WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT #1 Approve by Resolution of Adoption the Development Agreement with Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District #1, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Maricopa County, pursuant to the Maricopa County Subdivision Regulations. The purpose of this Development Agreement is to ensure that the owner will not apply for, nor is entitled to receive, any permit from Maricopa County until the owner or owner's nominee has provided a new financial assurance that conforms to the requirements of statute, ordinance, and any and all stipulations and conditions.
