45. EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR INCREASE IN PLAN INSPECTIONS RELATED TO THE COUNTY’S COURT TOWER PROJECT Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $13,100 from FY 2009-10 Non-Departmental (470), Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to the Planning & Development (440) Planning & Development Fees Fund (226) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action provides one-time funding for the increase in plan inspections related to the County’s Court Tower Project. Direct OMB to budget $131,000 in revenue and expenditure for the continuation of these inspections in FY 2010-11. (C-44-10-115-M-00)
