86. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ALPHA CORP DBA SIRE TECHNOLOGIES FOR MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT Approve a sole source contract, 10015-SS, with Alpha Corp, Inc. DBA Sire Technologies for the purpose of providing on-going maintenance support for the software purchased and installed under Bid Serial 03248 RFP Electronic Document Management System. The term of this Sole Source Agreement is for a period of one year with an effective date of July 1, 2010 and shall have four one-year options for renewal. The annual expenditure is a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 per fiscal year. There are no other vendors that are qualified to work on this proprietary software. In addition any attempts to have another vendor maintain the software would void the warranty. Materials Management has advertised this recommendation in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code and no other vendor has come forward to provide this service. (C-44-10-145-3-00)
