COMPLIANCE OF PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT AND AIR QUALITY VIOLATIONS Approve all necessary enforcement actions, administrative or court orders, to obtain compliance of planning and development and air quality violations, of cement batch plant and other unauthorized structures on the Shumway property, including but not limited to parcels 105-69-009G and 105-69-009H.
