28. RESOLUTION FOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY MUNICIPAL WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT #1 Approve by Resolution of Adoption the Development Agreement with Municipal Water Conservation District #1, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and Maricopa County as required by stipulation “e” of Development Master Plan case DMP 2002005 for Zanjero Trails. DMP 2002005 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2004. As a condition of the DMP approval, the applicant is required to enter into a development agreement with Maricopa County to address potential short- and long-term fiscal impacts to Maricopa County. This agreement must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of any final plat associated with the DMP. The term of this agreement shall be ten years from the Board of Supervisor approval. This development agreement is to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. 11-1101. 37. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Approve an administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on January 26, 2011, C-44-11-061-M-00 that approved by Resolution of Adoption the Development Agreement with Municipal Conservation District #1. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct the term of the agreement from ten years as stated in the action taken to twenty years as stated in the Agreement. (C-44-11-061-M-01)
