SOLAR PERMIT STAFFING Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of revenue and expenditure authority in the amount of $128,698 from FY 2010-12 Non-Departmental (470), Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (0000) to the Planning & Development (440) Planning & Development Fees Fund (226) Operating (0000). This action provides ongoing operations for the increase in plan review and inspections related to the solar industry projects in Maricopa County. Direct OMB to budget $948,971 in revenue and expenditure for the continuation of this revenue and services in FY 2011-12. (C-44-11-082-M-00)
