These 17 Letters of Credit relate to the AVSE II Solar Electric Generating Facility and were issued by Sovereign-Santander on behalf of Arlington Valley Solar Energy II, LLC in accordance with the Development Agreement executed between Maricopa County and Arlington Valley Solar Energy, LLC on February 22, 2012 under C-44-12-076-M-00.
