62. ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LICENSING TIME FRAMES Set a public hearing for December 12, 2012 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of a new ordinance. Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames in compliance with ARS 11-1601 through 11-1610. This is a new ordinance applicable to all county regulatory departments to become effective December 31, 2012. Fees will be adopted by separate ordinance to be adopted by the Board.
