ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LICENSING TIME FRAMES FEES Schedule a public hearing for April 24, 2013 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of the proposed Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames Fees No. P-31 pursuant to the previously adopted Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames No. P-30 in compliance with ARS 11-1601 through 11-1610. ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LICENSING TIME FRAMES FEES Convene the scheduled public hearing to solicit comments and consider the adoption of the proposed Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames Fees No. P-31, involving new fees, to the previously adopted Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames No. P-30 in compliance with ARS 11-1601 through 11-1610. This is a new ordinance applicable to all county regulatory departments/agencies to become effective immediately upon adoption. Supervisorial District: All Applicant: Commission initiated Request: A new general ordinance applicable to all County regulatory agencies regarding fees for licensing time frames, Ordinance No. P-31 Staff Recommendation: Approval Commission Recommendation: Approval of Ordinance No. P-31 by unanimous vote of 8-0 per language recommended by staff.
