PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT HEARINGS (FEES) Convene the scheduled public hearing to solicit comments and consider the adoption of the following text amendment involving new fees: TA2012030 – to incorporate new fees to be adopted by new Ordinance P-31 into the Maricopa County Local Additions & Addenda (adopted construction safety codes) Supervisorial District: All Applicant: Commission initiated Requests: A text Amendment to the Maricopa County Local Additions & Addenda (adopted construction safety codes, as amended) to incorporate new fees established with adoption of Ordinance No. P-31 Staff Recommendation: Approval Commission Recommendation: Approval of TA2012030 by unanimous vote of 8-0 per language recommended by staff.
