A-4. PROPOSED SEVERANCE PAY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Approve the proposed severance pay settlement agreement with David Ludwig of the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department and Maricopa County with total expenditure of $18,061.33, plus required employer-paid expenses associated with the wages, and authorization of the applicable payments for eligible retirees as of February 8, 2013. Authorize the Chairman to sign any necessary documents upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This item was discussed in Executive Session on February 4, 2013.
