32. AMEND RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MARICOPA COUNTY DEPUTY ZONING INSPECTORS Amend the Resolution to appoint Deputy Zoning Inspectors within the Planning and Development Department that was approved by the Board on August 7, 2013, under C-44-14-004-M-00. Appoint Adelita Smith as a Deputy Zoning Inspector. Remove the name of William Hoffman as a Deputy Zoning Inspector. A.R.S. § 11-815 states that the county zoning ordinance shall provide for its enforcement within a zoned territory by means of withholding building permits, and for such purposes may establish the position of county zoning inspector, and such deputy inspectors as may be required, who shall be appointed by the board.
