STREET NAME CHANGE FROM TEGAVAH PLACE TO VERDE RIVER WAY Approve setting a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2015, to change the name of Tegavah Place to Verde River Way, within Sections 25 & 26 of T5N, R6E. This request is made by the property owner of all affected properties. The new street name will accurately reflect the name of the master-planned community served by this collector road. STREET NAME CHANGE FROM TEGAVAH PLACE TO VERDE RIVER WAY Convene the scheduled public hearing to change the name of Tegavah Place to Verde River Way, within the master-planned community of Trilogy at Verde River (formerly known as Tegavah) located in sect. 25 & the E2 of Sec. 26 of T5N, R6E in the Rio Verde Foothills area. This request is made by the property owner of all affected properties. The street name change is due to rebranding and renaming of the 850 acre master-planned community within Supervisorial District 2. (C-44-14-058-M-02)
