69. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106B, approve and authorize the transfer of expenditure authority between the General Government Grants (Fund 249) and the Planning and Development Fund (Fund 226). This action will require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2014 General Government Grants (Fund 249) by $150,000 and increasing the FY 2014 Planning and Development Fund (Fund 226) by $150,000. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. Approval of this action will allow the Planning & Development Department to use Fund Balance to meet their expenditure obligations in FY 2014. (C-44-14-095-2-00)
