A-2. LEGAL ACTION REGARDING RUSSELL RANCH LLC CASE NO. V200901387 Approve filing suit against Russell Ranch LLC to convert a Hearing Officer’s Order dated November 6, 2009, and subsequently upheld by the Board of Supervisors on December 16, 2009, into a Judgment in the case of Russell Ranch LLC, complaint no. V200901387, for property located at 5502 N. 181st Avenue, Litchfield Park, Arizona, 85340, parcel no. 502-27-013F, zoning classification R1-18. The department also requests authorization to seek an injunction to enforce compliance and to collect additional damages, fines and fees, as appropriate.
