AMATEUR RADIO ANTENNAS Case #: TA2015001 Supervisor District: All Applicant: Commission-initiated Request: Text Amendment to the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 11 regarding Amateur Radio Antennas. This is a text amendment to clarify that amateur radio antennas mounted to a building are considered building appurtenances with no limit to the number of structures and to clarify structure placement within both Rural and Single Family Residential zoning districts. Additional Comments: Proposed verbatim language is attached to the Commission report. Commission Recommendation: On 5/21/15 the Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval. (C-44-15-093-M-00)
