62. RESOLUTION FOR THE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO THE COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO EXTINGUISH AND/OR TERMINATE TEMPORARY EASEMENTS RELATED TO SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS Adopt a Resolution delegating authority to the Maricopa County Planning and Development Director to execute and record the extinguishment and/or termination of temporary easements related to subdivision improvements that were dedicated to Maricopa County and approved by the Board of Supervisors without the need for further authorization. It is determined that sometimes it is in the County’s best interests as part of facilitating a timely development process to allow the Maricopa County Planning and Development Director to use his or her expertise as a professional planner to make the determination, on an application by application basis, to authorize the extinguishment and/or termination of temporary easements related to subdivision improvements that have become obsolete due to the subsequent completion of permanent subdivision improvements, without the need for further authorization.
