79. 15042-CI, ACCELA SOFTWARE LICENSE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT This Contract provides software maintenance, support, and professional services for the Accela system used by the County regulatory departments. This Contract contains options for contract renewals and is being renewed for a term of two years thru June 29, 2024 with a one-year option to allow time to implement a new cloud based permitting management system. The remaining MA balance in Advantage 3x of $45,543 is not sufficient to cover anticipated spend thru the end of this new term, so $1,174,837 needs to be added to the Contract award value.
