A-2. LEGAL ACTION REGARDING BRUCE AND PAMELA DEAN - V200901773 & V200901774 Approve the request for the County Attorney’s Office to dismiss CV2014-007711, suit against Bruce & Pamela Dean. The Deans have brought the subject properties (parcels 219-41-021F & 219-41-012H located on the east side of 161st Way north of Dixileta Drive) into an acceptable state of compliance with all accumulated junk, trash, rubbish and debris appropriately disposed. The County Attorney’s Office with dismissal of the suit will also forgive all accrued noncompliance fines and daily noncompliance fines. This legal action was initiated per item C-44-081-M-00 on April 9, 2014. This item was heard in executive session on June 6, 2016. (C-44-16-085-M-00)
