42. INJUNCTION AGAINST PROPERTY OWNERS Approve to authorize the County Attorney to investigate and, if investigation warrants, seek an injunction against property owners of APN 501-47-015D; 8750 N. Dysart Road, El Mirage, AZ 85335 (Tierrascabe Improvement, Ltd.), APN 501-47-016A, 13333 W. Olive Avenue, El Mirage, AZ 85335 (International Trade Commodities). The purpose of the action will be to obtain an Injunction to cease operations of the existing mulching and firewood operations on the subject properties which constitute a public nuisance.
