7. ZANJERO TRAILS (WINDROSE) –PHASE 1 INTERIM DRAINAGE AND PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS Approve and accept the first phase of the Zanjero Trails Interim Drainage and Public Access Easements and Agreements for Development Parcels 35A, 37B, 39, 41, 42, 44 and 45. In accordance with the provisions of the Zanjero Trails Development Agreement, approved by the Board on September 7, 2016, the developer is obligated to grant certain forms of temporary easements for (1) rights of access and (2) creation/maintenance of interim drainage facilities, to be used while the subdivision is under development. Maricopa County is a party to each of those easements, either as the grantee or in another role. Each of the easements is designed to be temporary and to remain in place only for so long as the development process warrants. At the end of that process each such easement it will be extinguished by the Developer once the Planning & Development Department has determined that such action is warranted. The Planning and Development Director will execute the extinguishment document on behalf of Maricopa County. (C-44-17-025-M-00)
