6. MARBELLA RANCH DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Approve a(n) Agreement between Marbella Ranch Limited Partnership and Maricopa County through the Planning and Development Department, for the purpose of authorizing execution of the Marbella Ranch Development Agreement between Marbella Ranch Limited Partnership (Property Owner) and Maricopa County. This Development Agreement encompasses all of the master-planned community known as Marbella Ranch located on the west side of El Mirage Road, north of Glendale Avenue to the Northern Parkway alignment, and on both sides of the Dysart Drain. This agreement defers requirement for certain improvements to El Mirage Road from development of Parcel 1 until either the earlier of earliest development of any portion of Parcel 4 or any portion north of Dysart Drain, or any time after five years. This agreement must be authorized by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the final plat for Parcel 1. This agreement is to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. . This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from August 23, 2017 until August 23, 2022. (C-44-18-001-3-00)
