26. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT FOR COUNTY TO ISSUE BUILDING PERMITS AND PERFORM SAFETY INSPECTIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County Special Health Care District, a political subdivision of the State, and the Maricopa County Planning and Development Department to allow the Planning and Development Department to provide plan review, permitting, and building safety inspection services for construction submitted to it by the District for its Care Reimagined program design and construction process. The Planning and Development Department will review, permit and inspect construction submittals in accordance with applicable Board-approved construction codes and fee schedules. This Agreement shall commence on the date it is executed by the Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and shall be for a period of twenty five (25) years unless sooner terminated by either Party.
