7. LUKE LANDING SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve Luke Landing Subdivision Assurance Agreement with MPC Luke, LLC and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Luke Landing (case number S2018012). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Luke Landing Subdivision Assurance Agreement with MPC Luke, LLC and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted.
