5. ARROYO NORTE UNITS 8, 9 & 10 SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve Arroyo Norte Units 8, 9 & 10 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with SLV Arroyo Norte, LLC and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statues §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Arroyo Norte Units 8, 9 & 10 (case number S2013007).
