MOU WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE FOR ILLEGAL SUBDIVISION INVESTIGATIONS Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) and Maricopa County, for the purpose of illegal subdivision investigations. The purpose of the MOU is to outline a cooperative framework between the County and ADRE for identifying and investigating alleged illegal subdivisions, and ultimately working to bring any violators into compliance.
