Planning and Development 7. FALCON RIDGE SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve Falcon Ridge Subdivision Assurance Agreement with EH CCF Liberty, LLC & EH RKCF Liberty, LLC; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Falcon Ridge Subdivision (case number S2017019). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Falcon Ridge Subdivision Assurance Agreement with EH CCF Liberty, LLC & EH RKCF Liberty, LLC; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Falcon Ridge (case number S2017019).
