MARBELLA RANCH PARCELS 5 & 6 SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve Marbella Ranch Parcels 5 & 6 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Marbella Ranch Limited Partnership and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Marbella Ranch Parcels 5 & 6 Subdivision (case number S2019012). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Marbella Ranch Parcels 5 & 6 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Marbella Ranch Limited Partnership and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Marbella Ranch Parcels 5 & 6 (case number S2019012).
