5. MARYLAND RIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve Maryland Ridge Estates Subdivision Assurance Agreement with El Mirage 20, LLC; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Maryland Ridge Estates Subdivision (case number S2019004). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Maryland Ridge Estates Subdivision Assurance Agreement with El Mirage 20, LLC; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Maryland Ridge Estates (case number S2019004).
