26. FOUR SEASONS AT SUN CITY WEST SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION Approve the Four Seasons at Sun City West Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Sunwest Metro Ventures, LLC; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for the Four Seasons at Sun City West Subdivision (case number S2019009). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Four Seasons at Sun City West Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Sunwest Metro Ventures; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for the Four Seasons at Sun City West Subdivision (case number S2019009).
