5. ELEMENT ON EUCLID SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT & RESOLUTION Approve Element on Euclid Subdivision Assurance Agreement with All Other Property Limited Liability Partnership, Jewelland, LLC and Meritage Homes of Arizona, Inc.; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for the Element on Euclid Subdivision (case number S2019046). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Element on Euclid Assurance Agreement with All Other Property Limited Liability Partnership, Jewelland, LLC and Meritage Homes of Arizona, Inc.; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Element on Euclid (case number S2019046).
