87. RESOLUTION FURTHER EXTENDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Resolution extending the conditions of approval and previously extended conditions of approval by the Board of Supervisors, Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Administrative Approvals by the Planning and Development Department between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021 for Planning and Development and Construction Permit Applications in Unincorporated Maricopa County. The Board of Supervisors directs that any action that established or establishes a deadline or other timeframe, or previously extended deadline or timeframe, with a critical date between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021, or until 30 days after termination of the declared state of emergency whichever date is later, is extended for one (1) year from the date of adoption of this Resolution at no cost to the applicant or property owner. Preliminary plats are extended two (2) years. New preliminary plats are valid for three (3) years. (C-44-21-032-X-00)
