5. ZANJERO TRAILS PARCEL 34D SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT & RESOLUTION Approve Zanjero Trails Parcel 34D Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One & SBH Zanjero Trails, LP; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for the Zanjero Trails Parcel 34D Subdivision (case number S2020006). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. The subdivision assurance agreement shall become effective on the date it is recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Zanjero Trails Parcel 34D Assurance Agreement with Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One & SBH Zanjero Trails, LP; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Zanjero Trails Parcel 34D (case number S2020006).
