6. RANCHO CABRILLO PARCEL G – PHASES 1 & 2 SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT & RESOLUTION Approve Rancho Cabrillo Parcel G – Phases 1 & 2 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Scott Communities at Rancho Cabrillo G, LLC and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plats for the Rancho Cabrillo Parcel G – Phases 1 & 2 Subdivision (case numbers S2019038 & S2020010). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. The subdivision assurance agreement shall become effective on the date it is recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Rancho Cabrillo Parcel G – Phases 1 & 2 Subdivision Assurance Agreement Scott Communities at Rancho Cabrillo G, LLC and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plats for Rancho Cabrillo Parcel G – Phases 1 & 2 (case numbers S2019038 & S2020010).
