SETTLEMENT OF CASE V201200578 BRETT & BARBARA STOWELL The Director seeks authority to compromise outstanding, accrued non-compliance fines in a code enforcement matter where the hearing officer found a violation occurred and continued to occur. The fines accrued to an amount that exceeds the Director’s administrative authority to compromise. The subject property is located at 526 S. Cactus Wren St. Gilbert AZ 85297, APN 304-22-060 and is located in District 1. The verified violation was for unpermitted construction. The property is being brought into compliance with removal of all post 2000 unpermitted construction and/or completed permits. The property owner has requested a compromise of accrued non-compliance fines upon property compliance. This matter was discussed in executive session on November 16, 2020. (C-44-21-135-X-00)
