6. ENCLAVE ON OLIVE SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT Approve Enclave on Olive Subdivision Assurance Agreement with West Olive 43, LLC and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Sup ervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Enclave on Olive (case number S2020026). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. (Supervisor District 4) Approve by Resolution, the proposed Enclave on Olive Subdivision Assurance Agreement with West Olive 43, LLC; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement as submitted.
