ZANJERO TRAILS - PARCEL 31E SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT & RESOLUTION Approve Zanjero Trails - Parcel 31E Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One, and SBH Zanjero Trails, LP; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Zanj ero Trails Parcel 31E (case number S2021026). This agreement to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. (Supervisor District 4). This subdivision assurance agreement shall become effective on the date it is recorded with the Maricopa County Re corder. Approve by Resolution, the proposed Zanjero Trails - Parcel 31E Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District Number One, and SBH Zanjero Trails, LP; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to e xecute the Agreement as submitted.
