49. ARROYO NORTE UNITS 8, 9 & 10 TERMINATION OF ASSURANCE AGREEMENT Approve termination of Arroyo Norte Units 8, 9 & 10 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with SLV Arroyo Norte, LLC and Maricopa County. This agreement served as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and was approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for Arroyo Norte Units 8, 9 & 10 (case number S2013007). SLV Arroyo Norte, LLC has subsequently provided a substitute assurance in the form of a performance bond to satisfy paragraph 8 of the original Agreement thus allowing for its termination.
