47. DISSOLUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR HIDDEN WATER RANCH DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN The Hidden Waters Development Master Plan (DMP) was approved by the Board of Supervisors per DMP2008006 on January 14, 2009. Approval was subject to conditions including the requirement for a development agreement. The development agreement was approved by the Board on October 21, 2009. The DMP was subsequently amended, including amendment DMP2023002 approved by the Board on July 26, 2023 to delete the requirement for the development agreement. The DMP property owners agree to dissolution of the development agreement. The executed dissolution document is to be recorded. (C-44-24-204-X-00)
