MARICOPA COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS Case #: TA2024002 Supervisor District: All Applicant: Staff-initiated Request: Amend the Maricopa County Subdivision Regulations (MCSR) and Administrative Guidelines to allow for plats to be administratively approved, to eliminate and relocate the administrative guidelines to application packets and to add modernity and clarity to outdated provisions. Commission Recommendation: On 9/26/24, the Commission voted 7-0, to adopt a motion recommending the Board of Supervisors approve TA2024002 as presented by staff (C-44-25-030-X-00)
