28. WHITE TANK FOOTHILLS PARCEL 3.19 SUBDIVISION ASSURANCE AGREEMENT (Supervisor District 4) Approve White Tank Foothills Parcel 3.19 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Ashton Woods Arizona, LLC, and RLS (White), LLC; and Maricopa County. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for White Tank Foothills Parcel 3.19 Subdivision (case number S2024013). This agreement is to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1101. This subdivision assurance agreement shall become effective on the date its related subdivision plat is recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder. (Supervisor District 4) Approve by Resolution, the proposed White Tank Foothills Parcel 3.19 Subdivision Assurance Agreement with Ashton Woods Arizona, LLC and RLS (White), LLC; and Maricopa County, and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement as submitted. This agreement serves as part of the subdivision’s assurance as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §11-821(C) and must be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Plat for White Tank Foothills Parcel 3.19 (case number S2024013).
