A-2. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY TO CONDUCT MARKET RATE SURVEY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (contract #DE101135001) between Arizona Department of Economic Security and Maricopa County through the Office of Research and Reporting, in the not-to-exceed amount of $72,537. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is for DES Child Care Administration to contract with the Office of Research and Reporting to conduct the 2010 Arizona Child Care Local Market Rate Survey. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from February 1, 2010 until July 31, 2010. Research and Reporting anticipates incurring all expenditure associated with services delivered under this IGA prior to June 30, 2010. Revenues and expenditures were included in the 2010 fiscal year budget for Research & Reporting. (C-46-10-002-3-00)
