BUDGETING FOR RESULTS GUIDELINES FOR FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve the Budgeting for Results Guidelines for FY 2009-10 that provide direction from the Board of Directors of the Flood Control District to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and to District staff so that a structurally balanced budget is developed for the upcoming fiscal year. The Budgeting for Results Guidelines for FY 2009-10 provide direction to the Office of Management and Budget and District staff for use in developing the District's budget for FY 2009-10.
