IA-1. BUDGET CORRECTION FOR COLDWATER RANCH STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Approve a correction to the action taken by the Board on June 22, 2009 (C49-09-064-2-01) to the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Budget for the County Improvement Districts to include the Coldwater Ranch Street Lighting Improvement District in the FY2009-10 Budget Schedule entitled "Street Lighting Improvement District Levies." This action also adopts the tentative budget for Coldwater Ranch Street Lighting Improvement District for FY2009-10 in the amount of $16,269; and sets a public hearing for August 17, 2009, to adopt the final budget. The Arizona Public Service (APS) June billing for Coldwater Ranch Street Lighting Improvement District, which includes installation and start up costs for the new district, was not received prior to the submission of the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Budget for the County Improvement Districts. The district has been eligible for taxation since the 2008 tax year. The estimated budget for Fiscal Year 2009-10 is $16,269. (C-49-09-064-2-02)
