ONE-TIME FUNDING TO COVER LEGAL SERVICES EXPENDITURES Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(b), transfer FY 2008-09 expenditure authority in an amount not-to-exceed $2,400,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) Contingency line to a new line in Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) Other Programs entitled “Legal Services.” This action provides funding for potential cost overruns in the County Attorney Civil and General Litigation departments.
