S-1. STADIUM DISTRICT FY 2011 BUDGETING FOR RESULTS GUIDELINES AND PRIORITIES Approve the FY 2011 Budgeting for Results Guidelines and Priorities, which provide direction from the Board of Directors of the Stadium District to the County Manager, the Office of Management and Budget and District staff so that they can develop a sustainable, structurally-balanced budget that achieves, within available resources, the District’s mission and strategic goals. The FY 2011 Budgeting for Results Guidelines and Priorities provide direction to the Office of Management and Budget and District staff for use in developing the District's budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
