30. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR DOWNTOWN UTILITY CONNECTION Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(b), approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $1,069,862 within the FY 2009-10 appropriated budget for Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100)Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from General Contingency to a new line item within Other Programs (4712) entitled “Downtown Utility Connection (APS)”. This action authorizes the transfer of contingency funds to expense the utility connections for the Court Tower. (C-49-10-027-M-00)
